Privacy notice

Ninh Binh Cooking Class is run by Silenrock OÜ, registered in Estonia. This page says, in plain words, what we do with your details.

What we collect

When you book: your name, email address, phone number, the class, date, time, number of people, menu and anything you write in the note. When you pay: Stripe handles your card; we never see your card number. When you leave a review: your rating, your words and the name you choose to show.

What we use it for

• To make and confirm your booking and to email you about it: confirmation, reminders, changes, and one message the day after asking how it was.
• To tell your host who is coming: your name, number of people, menu and your note. Your host gets your phone number only in the reminder on the day, so they can reach you if you are late or lost. Your host never gets your email address.
• To process your payment and any refund through Stripe.
• To keep our books, as the law requires.

Who else sees it

Stripe (payments), Brevo (sending our emails) and our hosting provider (DigitalOcean, servers in the EU). Your host, as described above. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we do not use them for advertising.

How long we keep it

Bookings and payments: as long as tax law requires, usually seven years. Reviews: as long as they are shown, or until you ask us to take yours down.

Analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-friendly counter that does not set cookies and does not track you across sites.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we do not have to keep it. Email bookings@ninhbinhcookingclass.com.
